Usually one narrow job, done reliably: answering common customer questions from your own documents, qualifying enquiries before they reach you, or moving information between tools so nobody retypes it. We start from the task you want removed, not from the technology.
Yes. Taking over, stabilising and extending something someone else built is a large share of the work. We start with a short technical review so the risks are on the table before committing to a plan.
Anything that breaks in the first 30 days is fixed at no cost. After that you can take full ownership with documentation and a handover session, or keep a monthly care plan for updates and small changes.
We sign NDAs before detailed discussions, keep client data on least-privilege access and store secrets in managed vaults rather than in files or messages. Ask for specifics on your regime and you will get a straight answer.
