These terms govern your use of elephanttechhq.com. They do not govern any project we deliver for you. Engagements are covered by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Use of this website
You may browse this website and contact us through it for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure, to submit automated or abusive traffic, or to use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Enquiries are not a contract
Information on this website, including descriptions of services and engagement models, is provided for general information. Submitting the contact form does not create a contract, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Work begins only once scope, timeline and fees are agreed in a signed written agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat the details of your enquiry as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. If you need a mutual non-disclosure agreement in place before sharing sensitive information, tell us and we will sign one before detailed discussions.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website are owned by ELEPHANT TECH unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work produced under a client engagement is governed by that engagement’s written agreement; our standard position is that deliverables transfer to the client on payment.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep this website available and its content accurate, but we provide it “as is” and do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every detail is current. Availability commitments for systems we build and operate for clients are set out in the relevant service agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ELEPHANT TECH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
