About the project
Yaccosan is a cosplayer in Vancouver who brings characters from fighting games and anime to life. The site is dressed like the costumes: a hand-lettered wordmark, hot pink on soft white, torn-paper edges and a crown on every heading.
Visitors meet the characters first, then a gallery they can narrow by game, from Street Fighter to Tekken to anime. YouTube videos, upcoming events and social links follow, and a BGM button in the corner plays music as they browse. Every page is in Japanese and English.
Behind it is an admin of Yaccosan's own. The home page's sections drag into any order, any of them can be hidden, and each one is edited there: characters, photos, videos, music and events. Changes save as they are made, and nothing goes live until Publish is pressed.
