About the project
Built for a yoga studio that wanted a booking system of its own, simpler to run than the big platforms. It is shown here under a name of its own, with a month of sample classes, clients and sales, so you can try both sides of it.
Clients see the week's timetable with the places left, book in a tap and cancel up to a set time before class with the class given back. A full class takes a waitlist that moves up by itself when someone cancels. Passes, class packs and memberships are bought online, and an intro offer is kept for first-timers.
The studio opens on today: what's on, who has checked in and what has sold. Classes go on a calendar once or every week and move with a drag; the class list at the door checks people in with one tap and adds a walk-in by name. Clients, desk sales, prices, teachers, staff roles and reports sit one tap away, on a laptop or a phone, in Chinese and English.
