Help

A person answers these, weekdays 9am to 6pm, saturdays 9am to 1pm.

• When will it arrive?

Orders placed before 3pm on a weekday go out the same day. Klang Valley is usually next day, East Malaysia two to four days.

• What if it does not suit me?

Send back anything unopened within 30 days and we refund it. If you opened it and it disagreed with you, tell us what happened and we will still sort it out.

• Can someone tell me which one to take?

Yes, and it is the most common thing we are asked. Message us with what you are dealing with and we will point you at one product or tell you that none of ours is right for it.
